What type of events do we attend?
We will attend birthday parties, family & company picnics, events & holiday parties we will also attend festival and outdoor movie events. If a client has any suggestions for future events, we are open to those suggestions. How far do we travel? We will attend events in Roanoke, Salem, Christiansburg, Radford, Blacksburg, Riner, Floyd and other close surrounding areas. If you have an event that is outside of these areas please feel free to contact us, we will see if we can fit your needs. How do you book a party/event with us? The best ways to contact us is through e-mail at [email protected], by messaging us through fb messenger on our fb page (Enchanted Memories Va. Events) or by texting/calling us at 540-239-9177. We will try and respond within 24 hours. Also feel free to contact us through our Instagram page @ Enchanted Memories Va Events How do you pay? A deposit is required, however on the day of the event we ONLY accept cash. The fees are based on the time schedule for which package you choose. Please see our package fee schedule. We accept cash and money orders. We do not accept personal checks on day of service but will accept them 1 to 2 weeks prior to event. We will accept a check from non-profits and secure businesses. Do the characters accept gratuity? Tipping is not expected, but it is accepted. If your event is highlighted by having our character present and you are delighted with their presence please feel free to tip them at the end of the event. What if the character you hire cannot make the event? There may be a time that the character you requested may not be available to attend your event due to illness or other unfortunate mishaps. If this is the case we try and notify you within 24 hours. During this time we will try and get a substitute actor for your character, if a substitute is not available we will reimburse you. On the day of the event… We ask that you provide in advance a contact number. We will text/call you when the character has arrived so please have your phone on you the day of the event. We photograph the event for the time we are there so you don't have to. Package one (30 minutes) $125 -Character crowning your event special person -Singing & blowing out candles -Character plays games w/children -10 photo print outs w/guests and character -Photographer shooting event -Event pictures in about 2 weeks time. Package two (1 hour) $225 two characters for your event -Character crowning your event special person -Singing & blowing out candles -15 photo print outs w/guests and character -Photographer shooting event -Event pictures in about 2 weeks time. -Character reads children’s story of birthday persons choice -Face painting -Games with princess Package three (2 hours) $ 325 for~3 Characters of your choice ~ -Character crowning your event special person -Singing & blowing out candles -25 photo print outs w/guests and character -Photographer shooting event -Event pictures in about 2 weeks time. -Character reads children’s story of birthday persons choice -Game with princess -Face painting -Tea Party Package four ( is a speciality package) for public & family events. This package allows you to have as many characters as you would like for whole day events. Call to discuss and for prices and details.
